Roasted Red Pepper Sauce
 
Ingredients
  • 1 cup chopped roasted red pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • ½ cup walnuts
  • ¾ cup basil, packed
  • 3 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • ½ tsp crushed red pepper (optional if you like it spicy)
  • salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. Throw everything in a blender or food processor and puree. Refrigerate.
